Description

FACE MATERIAL: Matt transparent top coated polyethylene.

ADHESIVE: Acrylic removable adhesive featuring high resistance to moisture. Soft peel adhesion, suitable for seal and reseal labels on wet packed products (like baby or cosmetic wipes). Other versions, "A" (higher) and "C" (lower), to match optimized adhesion performace.

LINER: One side siliconised clear polyester film.

ApplicationsFor special seal and reseal constructions where it is needed to give high stiff properties to the final product. It acts as an alternative to the injected plastic lids. Prior to its use it is necessary to check compatibility between the adhesive and the content of the packages, and between the adhesive and the substrate. Developed for polyethylene flow-wraps (monofilm) for recyclability of the whole construction. The PET liner allows very good dispensability at high speeds. It is needed to overlaminate the material with a MOPE film of minimum 35 microns to obtain the needed rigidity in the final label.

Shelf life2 years, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20-25ºC, 40-50% RH). Prolonged storage at higher temperatures and/or humidity levels will shorten the shelf life of the product.

Printing TechnologyPrintable with UV letterpress, UV screenprinting, flexo UV, gravure and hot stamping. Testing for suitability between media, printers and inks is always recommended prior to use.
