Face : Woodfree paper with a temperature sensitive coating with high resistance to humidity, grease, oil, alcohol and so on, for direct thermal printing in black, with high sensitivity. Phenol free. Thermal top paper White. FSC Mix Credit.
Adhesive : Super permanent acrylic based hot-melt adhesive for DTL Linerless products. Superior adhesion on a wide variety of corrugated cardboard boxes. Excellent cuttability lowering the adhesive build up at the cutting blade.

ApplicationsThis material has a temperature-sensitive coating for use on a Linerless thermal printers up to 200 mm/sec ( 8 IPS ). Suitable for logistic or warehousing boxes at indoor applications. Good good balance between initial adhesion and cut performance.

Shelf life2 years, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20-25°C, 40-50% RH). Prolonged storage at higher temperatures and/or humidity levels will shorten the shelf life of the product.
